2 = Religious insult. you changed ur name to something religiosly insulting to me
3 = Ban for name change. if you changed ur name JUST to Frozen King you would have nee allright, but you added more to the end so thats ur ban
4 = before you was banned you changed ur name YET AGAIN to Frozen King (god of cold...or soming like that
5 = you spammed chat by keep logging in and out.
